Ø      Prepared Acceptance Optimization Reports(Checking KPIs, R99 DL and R99 UL throughputs, HSDPA and HSUPA throughputs session by session if the values ok that are wanted by operator)

Ø      Handled RAT(Inter-Radio Access Technology) testing, 911 testing, Stationary testing, Shoehorn testing, OCNS(Orthogonal Channel Noise Simulator ) test, SSV(Single Site Verification) test, Implementation of Hard hand downs between two carrier (IFHO) and hard hand off between two carriers of different switch (ISSHO) test.

Ø      Cluster Tests and Market Tests include scanning and determining areas where optimization is necessary and to locate poor network points to avoid drop/block calls.

Ø      Static Site testing includes handover between sectors and the strength of the particular sector at different locations near the site.

Ø      Troubleshot performance problems utilizing parameters, metrics and drive test data. Experience in Ericsson GSM and UMTS too.
